Over the years, I’ve received so many questions about whether human design can be used to support us in finding more alignment and flow in our businesses and careers, and the answer is absolutely yes. Human design can be such a powerful tool for running a business, or progressing in a career, in the way that works best for each of us.
So today, I wanted to share just a few of the many ways I’ve used my own human design to find more flow in my own business.
As a Projector…
I’ve learned that a business rooted in spaciousness, ease and support will be far more successful (and feel far better) than one rooted in hustle and over-doing. I’ve learned I will be most successful when I hone in on where I offer the most value and allow in support for the rest.
With a Wait to be Invited Strategy…
I’ve learned that my job is not to pitch or chase after opportunities. Rather, my job is to make the work we do visible to the world in a broader way, even when it feels scary and vulnerable, and to trust that letting myself be seen is the most aligned way to magnetize the perfect invitations and recognition our way.
With Wait for Clarity Authority…
I’ve learned as tempting as many opportunities may feel in the moment, it’s not until I give myself a chance to feel into them that I will know whether they’re truly right for me and my business. I’ve learned the right decisions are rooted in a feeling of calm, not nervousness or momentary excitement.
With Success as my Signature…
I’ve learned that success is not simply about financial success. Rather, success to me is a feeling of being deeply cherished and recognized for the work that I do. When I feel that in our business, I know I’m right on track.
With an Undefined Ego Center…
I’ve learned the minute I am posting something, launching something or holding onto an old responsibility simply to prove my worth or value is the minute it’s wrong for me and our business. What is right for us will never be driven by a need to prove.
With a 2 in my Profile…
I’ve learned that even with all the courses I’ve taken and teachers I’ve studied with over the past 8 years, I will always have my own unique way of sharing about human design. My work is to lean into my most easeful and natural way of sharing about human design rather than share in the way I think I should or the way I’ve been taught.
With the 43-23 (knowing) Channel…
I’ve learned one of my greatest gifts in my work is simplifying complex concepts and communicating about ideas (e.g., human design) in new, innovative ways that powerfully land with people.
With the 32-54 (ambition) Channel…
I’ve learned that as driven and motivated as I may often feel, I’m not meant to do any of it alone. Success comes when I have the right allies and support around me. Having the right support allows us to bring to life dreams and visions I could never have imagined possible.
With an Undefined Sacral…
I’ve learned I am deeply attuned to others’ energy, especially around how they’re using it for their work. I have a gift for helping others use their energy more effectively and sustainably in their work and it can be useful to integrate that language into our marketing.
